The Daytona Beach Oceanfront Bandshell Box Office is located directly next to the Bandshell stage after arriving to the venue. Box Office Location
The Daytona Beach Bandshell Box Office is adjacent to the Bandshell. Parking is available across the street from the Ocean Walk Shoppes in the parking garage and surface lots close by. From the garage, you can take the second floor sky walk, above A1A, across to enter the Bandshell through the Ocean Walk Shoppes & Movies plaza. There is a service charge for all ticket purchases whether at the window or Ticketmaster.com.
Ticket Purchases
Tickets can be purchased by visiting the Daytona Bandshell box office on event days only (check event page for box office hours at the Bandshell), The Peabody Auditorium Box Office, located at 600 Auditorium Blvd., Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM, or online at Ticketmaster.com.
The Bandshell and Peabody Box Office only sells tickets in person and does not accept email or phone orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final, refunds are not available unless a performance is canceled or postponed.
If you purchased your tickets at the Peabody Box Office or Daytona Bandshell Box Office and request a refund for a postponed, rescheduled, or canceled event, you will need to provide the following items:
Cash reimbursements will be in the form of a check and can take up to 30 days to process.
If you purchased tickets online through Ticketmaster, please follow the refund process listed on Ticketmaster.com or through your Ticketmaster App. The Peabody and Bandshell Box office does not provide refunds for Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.
Third-Party Ticketing, Ticket Broker Sites & Scalpers
Protect yourself from scalpers!
The only official source for tickets to events at The Peabody Auditorium or Daytona Beach Bandshell is our venue box office OR Ticketmaster.com. Purchasing tickets from any source other than Ticketmaster or the venue box office is done so at the buyer’s risk.
The Daytona Bandshell is not responsible for any tickets purchased by a third-party vendor (such as Stubhub), auction sites (such as eBay), classifieds (such as Craigslist), or any ticket broker.
Reselling tickets on Daytona Bandshell property is strictly prohibited by Florida Law.
Accessibility
We can accommodate disabled patrons at all of our shows. Accessible tickets can be purchased at the Peabody Box Office, Daytona Bandshell Box Office or online at Ticketmaster.com. Wheelchair accessible seating can be accommodated anywhere in the venue, just select a seat and let the staff know you'll be bringing a wheelchair for us to accommodate you and your guests.

Child Ticket Policy
Generally, for most events, children under age 2 do not require a ticket to gain admittance to our venue if sitting on a parent or guardian’s lap.
